David E. Posey brings over 30 years of building knowledge to our team here at WPCH. He has been featured in numerous publications over the years. Showcasing both his talents & expertise in the custom-building industry. He was even awarded a Guinness World Record Participant Award in 2014! Building the world’s largest cat scratching tree at an astounding 17’10’’ tall!  

David began his career as a structural framing contractor in the late 90s, owning & operating one of the largest framing companies in the southeast United States. He started building & renovating custom homes in the early 2000s. David is known for his creativity in remodeling and building custom homes, often finding ways to do the impossible.  

David, unfortunately, faced some severe medical issues that forced him to step away from the industry he loved so much for a while. His children eventually followed in their father’s footsteps & launched WPCH a few years ago. With a vision for carrying on their father’s legacy. David has since been asked to step back into the building realm & help guide & offer his construction management knowledge & vast experience. We are truly honored to have him as part of our team & “family.” He provides our valued clients with project management services, estimating, design, & true project leadership.
